Shipping, Ordering and Discount Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. We apologize international shipping is not available at this time. Shipping charges are for UPS ground and priority mail for the continental US. Shipping outside of continental US is limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam for rates e-mail us at: sales@lafavoritafavors.com. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Note: La Favorita is not responsible for damaged or lost shipment. In the event your order shipment arrives damaged - keep packaging and merchandise in original condition and notify delivering carrier IMMEDIATELY.
Delivery Time
In general, wedding favors, wedding accessories and personalized ribbons leave the La Favorita warehouse within 2 to 5 days. UPS & USPS then generally take 1 to 6 business days, depending upon the time in transit from New York. Personalized wedding favors can take an additional 7 to 14 days. Please read below our delivery policy.
Special Delivery - Rush Order
If you need your wedding favors and accessories in a RUSH please indicate the "date" of your special occasion and type "RUSH" in the special instructions box as you check out. Please read below our delivery policy.
Special Delivery - Overnight Shipping or 2 Day Shipping
If you need shipping rates for overnight shipping or 2 day shipping service, you can request them in the special instructions box as you check out. But, just remember we will have to weigh the packages, check your zip code and then email you the rates which are very expensive as compared to regular ground shipping. Please read below our delivery policy.
Pick Up Order
You are welcome to pick up your online order at our Williston Park, NY store location. During the checkout process, select "Pickup at La Favorita" in the shipping options. Most wedding favor, accessories and personalized ribbon orders will be ready in 3 to 5 days. Personalized wedding favors and invitations can take an additional 7 to 14 days. You will receive a phone call or an email when your order is ready for pick up. Shipping charges will be credited automatically after pick up.

Volume Purchase Discount
We provide quality products and services with the best price to our valued customer. We believe our valued customer deserve the best and they have placed La Favorita as their primary source for their favor needs. To show our appreciation we are offering the following discounts to only online - Internet - orders - "The more you buy the more you Safe.". Discount is automatically applied toward every item in your shopping cart during check out. You do not have enter in any special coupon or discount codes.

Shipping Rates Chart
Below are two charts to indicate shipping rates. Our shipping is done based on price of your order and distance you are located from where we process and ship all orders.
***please note that since our shipping prices are determined by total price of an order, in the event that shipping cost more to ship an order than our website's methods predict, we reserve the right to charge the difference to our customers***
Please use Chart 1 to determine which shipping zone you live in, and then follow chart 2(below chart 1) to see how much shipping rates would be for your particular zone based on the subtotal of your pending purchase.
Please note: we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico because it would be considered an international shipment. We do not handle International shipments simply because shipping rates are too high.

We accept payment by credit card (Master or Visa) only. Sorry, we do not accept personal check or money order.
A. Credit Card
1. Credit Card Offline Payment - Online
During your online store checkout please make sure you complete the online "Customer Information" - Shipping Address and Billing Address" correctly to avoid any delay in your order. Your online order is strongly encrypted to secure your financial information. Your online order transaction will be completed after we have contact you directly via email or telephone concerning your online order. Important: Your credit card offline payment for your order will be verified by telephone before we process them.
2. Credit Card by Mail
You can send your credit card order including all required information (see below) via regular mail.
All orders sent to La Favorita Favors via mail will be verified by telephone before we process them.
If we do not have your telephone number, we will contact you by e-mail to obtain your phone number that we can reach you at. All orders sent via e-mail should be sent to sales@LaFavoritaFavors.com.

Minimum Orders Requirements
Minimum order for personalized ribbons is 30 pieces. All other items may state the minimum in item description.
Delivery Policy
* An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed via email or phone or both.
* These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
* Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 5:00 p.m. local time (or 4:00 p.m. local time in stores and in limited locations across the country) and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 5:00 p.m. on the same business day* that the order is placed. Items shipped direct from the vendor may require an earlier order placement time. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in a confirmation e–mail. (Not available for in–store orders if email address is not submitted.)
* La Favorita web site and retail businesses are operated within the continental US for customers within the US and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses. La Favorita delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only.
Certain La Favorita items originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Other items are prestocked at warehouses around the country and delivered by a common carrier.
Important Note: Our Indoor/Outdoor Wood Fire Oven item requires a loading zone or dock area is needed. If one is not available, delivery personnel will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you are responsible for unloading the items and bringing them into your home, building or property.
* Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Mail Drop Locations
A "Mail Drop" location is an address where a business or service accepts mail deliveries on behalf of a customer. La Favorita will deliver to Mail Drop locations such as a UPS Store (formerly Mail Boxes Etc.). However, La Favorita is unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are military overseas mail drops.
Signature Delivery Order
For your package safety, it is best to have someone available to sign for your delivery order during the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays (UPS may deliver to residential addresses up to 7:00 p.m.). If no one is available the driver or the delivery carrier will leave a note with instructions on how to receive your order, or you will be contacted for a redelivery.
