Partial returns are not accepted under any circumstance.
First and foremost, all returns must be have a claim filed and Authorized. Do not just ship the items back without notifying us in some form.
All returns MUST be returned as they were originally packed.
La Favorita stands behind our quality products, guaranteed. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. All Refunds for items returned will be subject to a 10% restock fee. Claims must be filed items returned within 10 days of the initial Arrival date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 10 days after the Arrival date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. However, returns after 10 days will be subject to a 25% Additional fee to the 10% Restocking fee(35%). The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, nor do we cover the shipping for returning merchandise. Custom–ordered and customized(includes personalization and wrapping) items are only returnable if it's defective when you receive (Requires Photographic evidence). Favors are not nonrefundable and nonreturnable. For delivered items, we'll refund your delivery charges if the item is defective.
Personalized items can not be returned.
A return claim must be made within 10 days of the order arriving at its final destination at 5pm EST.
Important: La Favorita is not responsible for damaged(we check and double check the merchenise before it leaves our care.) or lost shipment. In the event your order shipment arrives damaged - keep packaging and merchandise in original condition and notify delivering carrier IMMEDIATELY.
All Refunds for items returned will be subject to a 10% restock fee(as mentioned above).
Your purchase must be returned in salable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), accessories, materials and your receipt or packing slip.
If you paid with cash, debit card or check, we'll refund your purchase with cash if it was an in–store purchase or by check. If your purchase exceeded $500 pretax, and you paid with cash, debit card or check, your money will be refunded in the form of a corporate check. If you paid by credit card, we'll credit the account used for payment.
If you don't have your receipt, your return is eligible only for an in–store credit for the current selling price and requires valid government identification. We carefully monitor returns and in some cases returns made with or without a receipt may be refused. La Favorita reserves the right to deny any return.
If you paid by check (Certified): Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a service charge of $20 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with service charges, may be debited electronically from your account or collected using a bank draft drawn from your account.
If you can't locate your receipt, please provide us with name, address, and credit card # used, so that we can quickly credit your account. Always use a reputable carrier and also pay to have your package insured against damage or loss. They will however be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No refunds or exchanges after 7 days. La Favorita Favors appreciates your business and values you as a customer!
You may cancel your order at any time, as long as it has not been shipped. Any canceled orders will be subject to a10% cancellation charge due to credit card transaction fees after your credit card is processed.
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service.
You must provide us with Photos to show damages. Once photos are reviewed we will ship out replacements. Please e-mail photos along with your order # to email@example.com
We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your affair.
All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise.
